Delete your account

1. Sign in to BonjourBase.
2. Open Account & data (footer link, or from your dashboard).
3. Under "Delete your account", type DELETE and confirm.

If you have an active BonjourBase Plus subscription, it is cancelled first. If that cancellation fails, nothing is deleted and you are asked to try again, so you are never billed for a deleted account.

Email privacy@bonjourbase.eu from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.

• Your login, profile and relocation details
• Deadlines, household members, saved comparisons and letter summaries
• Ask BonjourBase conversations and learning progress
• Your business listings, reviews, reports and blocks
• Community topics and replies are anonymised ("Deleted member") so other people's threads stay readable

• Payment records held by Paddle, our merchant of record, under its own privacy policy
• Our accounting records (invoices, transaction amounts) for 10 years, as French law requires
• Server security logs for a short period before they expire automatically
